3109.10 Vacancies
Any vacancy caused by death, resignation, disqualification, or other
means shall be filled for the unexpired term by mayoral appointment
with council's concurrence. The affected area commission may nominate
a candidate for the mayor's consideration. (Ord. 2654-96 § 1 (part).)
